Hello and welcome back after the Easter holidays. Hope you had a lovely break!
Firstly, we would like to thank you for supporting your children with the revision packs we sent home and returning them back to us. The feedback from the book was that all the children loved it - fantastic! We will be doing some work around this over the coming weeks.
In English we have been writing formally which we continued into topic. We have written letters about dogs, re written the Dodgy Dog Act, written a letter to Lord Shaftesbury and much much more! 
In addition to this, we aked the children to imagine what the Birdman would look like and they produced some writing around this.
Maths has been all about geometry - angles, shapes etc... We have been doing lots of revision work too to keep our minds bubbling!
We have continued with classification in Science, looking at the ways different creature are classified and produced our own branching keys.
All in all, it's been a full on week - even though it was only a 4 dayer!
