We have been watching Raymond Briggs 'The Snowman.' We have sequenced what happened in the story and wrote down all of the things that James and The Snowman saw.
Maths
We have been continuing our work on taking away. We have been finding the difference between two amounts, by building two towers and counting how many more the larger tower has. This is the difference between the two numbers.
Science
We have been thinking about the 4 seasons, autumn, winter, spring and summer. We have drawn weather symbols of what weather we would expect in each season.
Topic
We have been mixing the primary colours to male our own hot and cold colours. We were inspired by Kandinsky's art work.
