English
In English this week we have been writing our own versions of the Town and Country Mouse. We changed our characters and the things that they saw in the town and countryside. Our class version ended up like this:
One day the Town Pig went to the countryside. It was peaceful and quiet. He saw steep green hills and a huge green tractor. The Country pig went to the town. It was busy. He saw shiny red buses and tall buildings.
Maths
In maths this week we have continued to learn to add within 20 and use da number line to subtract within 20. We will start to look at numbers to 50 next week.
Science
In science this week we have learnt about reptiles, mammals and amphibians. We enjoyed watching some of these videos from the BBC Bitesize website.

We LOVED our trip to the farm today!
We had donkey rides, fed the animals, went on a tractor ride, watched the cows get milked and even held some animals! It was amazing!
