30th April

It has been a long time since the last update of the blog.  What a disjointed start to 2021 we have had!

I am so glad that we are all now back together and enjoying every day of pre school.

Since we returned from the Easter break we have been learning all about Spring.  The children are becoming much more confident now in understanding the chronology of the days/ months and seasons.

We explained today that we will be leaving the 'green' balloon and jumping onto the orange balloon in the morning.  This means that we are getting even closer to the end of the preschool year.

This week we have begun to read the story of the Very Hungry Caterpillar.  We have even got our very own caterpillars in our classroom.  We have named them Tyra, Gem, Ted, Marshall and Bonnie.

Please watch this space for more information about the caterpillars!
