This week we have been preparing for Easter.
We thought about what Easter means to us and it was all about the Chocolate eggs and the Easter Bunny.
We learned about Jesus (the little baby that was born at Christmas) and heard how when he gre up into a man, Christians believe that God called him home (to heaven) and this is why we celebrate Easter.
We have been making and decorating saltdough eggs, creating Easter cards and taking part in an Easter Egg hunt!
We had lots of fun in the egg hunt...Mrs Rothwell had hidden eggs with chocolates and marshmallows around the room but we had to find the egg with the initial sound from our name written on it!
We also celebrated with these children as they joined the number 4 club!
