Hello!

English

In English this week we have been enjoying the story, 'Bob and the Pink Wig'. We thought it was funny when the seagulls took Bob's wig and we talked about how the seagulls always come to pinch the leftover toast after morning playtime! Lots of us are getting more confident remember the sounds in the words and concentrating to write them all down.

Maths

In maths this week we have been comparing and ordering numbers. We have learnt greater, more and most for when it is bigger,  and less and fewer when it is smaller. These words are really tricky for us to remember! Try to help us at home with this, maybe you could see who has fewer peas during tea time!

Topic

In topic this week we have moved on to focus on Art. So we have been looking at artists who have made self portraits and chosen our favourites. Then we practised using our pencils to shade, blend and draw thick and thin lines.

Have a lovely weekend
