Welcome back.
This week we have started our new class novel - Letters from the Lighthouse, by Emma Carroll. The story focuses on Olive, a 13 year old girl who is evacuated from London to Devon during World War 2, along with her little brother Cliff. We are really enjoying the story so far and are intrigued to find out what adventures the children will have in Devon!
In Art we have been experimenting with using one-point perspective to draw shapes so they appear to be 3D. It was quite tricky but we are really pleased with our first attempt!
