Friday 15th October 21
Happy Friday to you all.
This week we started with a burst of music, performing both songs we have learnt on the xylophone. PE was really different, learning how to boulder along the indoor climbing wall. It was really hard, but with determination and technique, we managed to move along the whole wall.
As part of our 'Westfield Village' topic, we have each designed our own settlement in the school ALPS. This week we wrote to Mr Sherriff to see if he approved of our plans.
In maths, we have started adding using part whole, and bar model.
We have been very bossy in English, writing imperative verbs for our set of instructions on how to get ready for school.
Well done to Mason, Amelia, and Misha for winning the pumpkin design. their designs were brought to life, carved by Miss Ollerton (as seen below).
