Hello and welcome back to our class blog. We hope you have a very relaxing and enjoyable Easter break.
We have begun reading our new class novel Holes and we love it already! Poor Stanley has been sent to Camp Green Lake, where he must dig a hole 5 feet wide and 5 feet deep every day under the hot Texas sun as punishment for stealing a pair of sneakers belonging to a famous baseball player. But could Stanley actually be innocent? We can't wait to find out more!
Our new Geography topic is called Tourist Trail and we are learning about the countries of Central America and their human and physical features. We look forward to sharing our knowledge with you as the topic progresses. The song linked below will help you learn the names of all the countries in this area.
