Hello and Happy New Year to everyone! Welcome to our first blog post of 2022!
It's great to be back in class after our well-deserved Christmas break.
We've enjoyed reading an abridged version of Oliver Twist this week and have been describing characters, in particular the crook Fagin.
Our new history topic this term is called The Battle of Britain and we will be learning all about the second World War and what life was like for children during this time. It's always wonderful to hear any family stories of war-time experiences, so if any grandparents or great-grandparents have any recollections to share we would love to hear about them.
