Key Person Groups.
Each child has now been allocated a Key Person group.
We use a shared Key person system so there is always someone on hand for
you and your child.
As room leader, Kerry is responsible for the planning and assessment of all children.
Our Key persons are implemented to enable your child to make safe and secure relationships with the other children and adults in the classroom. And a support for you!
If you have any concerns, worries or questions, please feel free to talk to us!
Not all staff work every day, it may seem like your child has a few key persons, but this enables at least one member of staff to be here for every session your child attends.
