Another busy week for our butterflies, this week the children have been practicing filling and emptying in the water area, Peg boards to enhance fine motor skills and hand eye coordination, we got very messy painting hands and feet to see what prints we left 😄

We introduced stencils to the children which they did really well holding the pencils and was excited to see what picture was left when the stencil was removed 😄

The children really enjoy sitting down at snack time, we encourage them to try a range of foods as they become more independent eaters, and they use their own cup, spoon and plate, we’ve been practising drinking from a cup so could you please try it with your child at home 😄

They all love to read and sing, so each week we will post a video of a member of staff reading a story and then one of them singing a nursery rhyme. This week it will be Jenna reading “where going on a bear hunt” to get us prepared for next week 😄 The nursery rhyme will be Turtle song, hope you and your child enjoy.

Have a look at our pictures below of our busy week 👇

Well done to our star of the day ⭐️
