Week Ending 17th February
Hello and welcome back to our class blog. This week is our last week before our half term holidays and what an exciting week we have had! Our text this week has been 'The Runaway Pancake'. We have had lots of lovely activities set up to help us with our learning.
We thought about and designed our perfect pancake. We had toppings such as strawberries, chocolate sauce and maple syrup. We got a suprise when Miss Sherriff told us we had some pancakes in school for us to have a try. We got to choose our toppings and have a taste, YUM YUM!
At the end of the week we celebrated Number Day! We had a whole day learning about numbers and completing number related activities. We made headbands to wear in the day with our favourite Numberblocks on them!
We were also SO proud of ourselves for achieving the highest attendance in school this week. This meant we could wear our own clothes on Friday, so exciting!
