Week Ending 21st April
Hello and welcome back to our class blog. We cant believe we have reached our Summer term already. We hope you had a great Easter break. We have loved hearing stories from the children about what you have been up to in the holidays, you've all been very busy!
This term we are focusing on Julia Donaldson books. We have learnt lots about the author and all of the books she has written. We couldn't believe she wrote some of favorite stories such as Room On The Room, Stick Man and The Gruffalo!
Our text this week has been Spinderella, we couldn't believe it when a real Spinderella visited our classroom after us reading the story!
We have had some lovely activities to complete within our classroom this week all relating to our text of the week.
Next week our text of the week is Stick Man. We know this story well as its one of our favourites. We are looking forward to learning more about this book.
