Week Ending 25th November
Welcome back to RF's class blog. This week our text has been 'On The Farm'. We have loved this text and lots of us had experienced the farm so we had lots to discuss.
This week across school each class has drawn a football team for the World Cup. In Reception F we have got BRAZIL!! We have been busy decorating our classroom to support our team. We have been learning lots about Brazil in our Understanding of the World lessons. We have even learnt to Samba dance! When England played, we got to watch it on the BIG screen.
Look at our carnival headbands, just like they wear in Brazil!
Using our text of the week, we have been practising our skill of questioning. We all thought of questions we wanted to ask about farm animals. We thought of some fantastic questions and had a go at writing or drawing them. We also made some scarecrows and practised our cutting skills.
