This week in pre-school we read the book 'Our Class is a Family'
The children thought about who their best friend is within our classroom. They then drew a picture of them and copied their friends name with a little help from the grown ups.
We also played matching pairs with the children's photographs to help us get to know each other's names.
In early reading group we looked at the initial sound in our names and enjoyed finger painting the letter! (Thanks to Freya for her donation of finger paints!)
In Maths this week we have met number two and learned about a triangle!
We are excited for next week when we will be learning about Chinese (Lunar) New Year!
