Happy New Year to all of our children and their families.
This week in pre-school we have begun to access our early reading groups.
In these groups we will begin to discrimintae between sounds, learn about initial sounds and learn all about rhyming words!
We have also started to learn the names of shapes and numbers. Some children have also begun to learn about the corners and sides of shapes and what comes before and after a given number.
We also celebrated the birthdays of children who turned 4 over Christmas and just into the New Year
