Another Fantastic week in 3W! So much determination and teamwork with the spelling badges, times table bands, and reading books coming in from home - resulting in a lot of achievements this week.
Also, a big well done to Liam for becomming our 4 Times Table Champion.
We have almost finished our class novel, Matilda. It is so good that we are writing about Miss Trunchbull. We even debated wether she had any good qualities or not.
Topic (Geography) has been the focus of our Art this week. Paintings of volcanos, inspired by the japanese artist 'Hokusai', using the same layered effects and bold colours. Here are some of the painting designs below...
