In English we have been reading the Highway Rat. As we follow talk for writing we begin by learning a model text. Below is a copy of the pictures we decided on. They probably wont mean anything to you - but the children understand clearly what they mean and are able to recite the model text by just following the pictures and remembering the actions we put to the words.
