Friday 18th February

Hello on half-term Friday!

We have had such a busy week in Y6! Pupils have been showing off their learning and progress as they've completed some tricky assessments. Everyone showed a positive attitude - some even cheered at the thought of another quiz! Mrs Roche is delighted with how well everyone is doing and can't wait to continue the learning journey after half-term.

We have had a Gold times table band achievement this week, very well done!

Our certificate winner was chosen for his positive attitude this week and the great progress he is making. Well done!

After half-term, we will be celebrating World Book Day on Friday 4th March and pupils are invited to come into school dressed as a book character, or they can come in their own clothes and bring a favourite book if they have one!  We will be doing lots of fun activities to celebrate reading on the day.

During the holiday, pupils can kept their brains ticking over by logging on to Reading Eggs, Times Table Rockstars or Spelling Shed.  They all have their own personal logins for each activity.

Have a lovely half-term.

School returns on Monday 28th February.
