Friday 19th January
Learning in science took a space-age twist this week as you will see in the pictures. Y6 have started a new topic all about the human circulatory system. The heart is the main organ, of course, so this week we learned how it works in detail. To support this, we were able to use VR headsets, which allowed the children to see the heart and blood cells close up - as if they were holding them in the palm of their hands. WOW!
