We have finished making our greetings cards as part of our DT lessons. We have been learning about how to make a card which has a fixed pivot and a loose pivot to allow our picture to move.
In English, we have been reading a poem called ‘Sampan’ written by Tao Pang Lee. We have been looking at the different features of the poem including rhyming words, alliteration and onomatopoeia. We worked together to think of ideas to create our own version of the poem.
We have come to the end of our first half term in year 3 already! The children have all worked incredibly hard. Have a lovely half term and we will see you all on Monday 30th October.
