We had a visit from Ellen Hardaker to celebrate Earth Day. She delivered an assembly and then came to work with us in class. We learned about the impact plastic has on the world and what we can do to make the world a better place.
In Geography this week we have been learning about the counties in England. We live in the county called Greater Manchester. We used a map to identify our neighbouring counties - this means the ones we share a border with.
We have been learning about the importance of keeping safe online in PSHE. We created posters with top tips of how we can stay safe. Some of our ideas were:
- Do not share personal information.
- Do not give out passwords.
- Do not talk to strangers.
- Do not click on any pop ups or links we aren't sure of.
- Talk to a trusted adult if something makes you feel worried or uncomfortable.
