Maths
We have focused on Angles this week. Right angles, acute angles and obtuse angles. We have identified and measured different angles. Henley is our current Snappy Maths Leader board leader. Do you think you can beat his score of 25? Give it a go below!
English
We have been focusing on information texts. We learnt all about them on Monday, we researched areas for our own information text on Tuesday. The we wrote our own using sub-headings. Following that, we created a glossary for or information text about Volcanoes.
Topic
We created a mind map to show Mr Fletcher how much we have learnt about Haigh Hall this half term. Mr Fletcher was very impressed. After that, we created a front cover for our new Topic which will begin after the half term holidays.
Science
In Science we learnt about the life cycle of plants. Then completed a science assessment! Mr Fletcher was flabergasted when everyone got full marks!!!
P.E
This week we took part in a huge game or rounders when the whole of Year 3 combined!
Sports Day
We really enjoyed taking part in all of the events on Thursday! Our personal favourite was the dress up race. Thank you for your continued support.
