In English, we have been continuing our work on the story of 'The Detective Dog.' We have been sequencing the pictures and retelling the story. We have been using story language and have been learning how to use the prefix un.
Maths
In Maths, we have been learning how to count in 2s, 5s and 10s. It is really important that we can do all three by the end of year 1, so please help us with this at home.
Science
In Science, we are learning about animals including humans. We have been learning the names for different part of our bodies and labelling them.
Topic
In topic, we have been learning about People who help us. We have been thinking about what we would like to be when we are older. We have also had a visit to our local library. Please sign up as you can borrow up to 15 books free of charge at any one time!
