Friday 31st March

Hello and welcome back to our final blog before the Easter break....

Well your children have worked really hard this week in our assessment tasks - we are very proud of their achievements - well done to all of you!

We have written a balanced argument in topic which explored whether or not school should be stricter as it was in Victorian times. The children wrote a great argument which discussed the for and against to both sides.

In Science we looked at classifying mammals, reptiles and amphibians and created a branching key for each of these.

This afternoon we had a real treat as we had sweets and popcorn whilst watching Malificent - as you can imagine - the children loved this!

Each child is bringing home an Easter homework pack (as discussed at Parent's Evening) which we would really appreciate your support with. The children each have their own Michael Morpurgo novel to read too.

Have a great Easter Break, stay safe and we will see you on the 18th.

Love from

Mrs Parry and Mrs Melling xx

Finally, have your say.  Each week you will have a chance to decide on which new song we will learn in next week's whole school assembly.  Click on the link below to take part in an online vote.
