Well done to our star of the week, Emmie, who won her certificate for wonderful progress in her writing. She used perfect punctuation, great vocabulary and beautiful neat handwriting all week.
In English we have been retelling the story of 'The Gingerbread Man.' We have mapped out the model text and added adjectives to make the story better. We have learnt how to use ! and ? this week too.
In Maths we have been measuring length using cubes and a ruler.
In Science, we have been labelling our bodies and learning the importance of our 5 senses.
In topic, we have been looking at people who help us and locating the police station, post office, fire station and doctors on a local aerial map.
