English
We have been looking at nouns and adjectives to describe Jim Lad from the book ‘The Pirates Next Door’.
Jim Lad was a young pirate who had black, crooked teeth.
We have also started our class novel ‘The Midnight Gang’ by David Walliams.
Maths
This week we are looking at place value. Being able to identify the value of the digits in a number and being able to write numbers as words.
Science
After looking at why humans and animals eat food, we have identified the nutrients and can discuss the importance of a balanced diet.
French
Bonjour! We have been learning how to greet and introduce ourselves in French, as well as learning a new song.
Topic
What a Wonderful World
We can how identify all seven continents and locate the oceans on a map.
Pupil of the Week
