Hello Everyone,
Welcome back after half term break. We were delighted that all members of 6W arrived into school safe and well.
A great, hard working week has been had, with a magnificent trip to the cinema, to see Maleficent!
Our English work has been based around this wonderful film, with lots of discussion as to who exactly was the baddie, in this story, based loosely on Sleeping Beauty. Many interesting Super Sentences have been written, with some appearing on our classroom wall!
In Maths, we have been learning about ....... FRACTIONS!! Many worries and concerns about this topic have been smashed once the realisation that fractions are equal sized chunks! Fantastic progress has been achieved by all. Well done.
