On Tuesday, it was Safer Internet Day. We discussed what we would do in different scenarios and the ways we can keep safe online.
We have also been taking part in Children's Mental Health Week. The theme this year is 'Every Voice Matters'. Charlotte from Mindful Events came to speak to us about the importance of looking after our mental health. We practiced different breathing techniques to help us to feel calm. We voted for our favourite breathing exercises, making sure to all have a turn and use our voice.
