Special Responsibilities of Governors

What special roles do Governors have?

 

All Governors are expected to take an interest and have oversight of one or more aspects of the work of the school. Governors are currently involved in the following areas of responsibility: 

 

  • Children’s Centre

  • Headteacher Performance Review

  • Health & Safety

  • Outdoor Learning

  • PE and Sports

  • Pupil Premium and Data Assessment

  • Special Educational Needs

  • Teaching School

  • Training

  • Vulnerable Children: Child Protection, Safeguarding & Looked After Children.
