You may wish to try this investigation at home.
You will need:
A white flower or celery
Water
Food dye
Method
1) Pour the food dye into a glass of water.
2) Cut the bottom of your chosen plant and place the plant into the glass with the food dye.
3) Observe over the next few days the transportation through the stem.
