The Thursday morning children went over to the ALP’s to do a mini beast hunt.

We went into 2 groups and used the magnifying glasses to look for tiny insects. We explored logs, branches, leaves and the soil to. We found lots of creepy crawlies such as, wood louse, spiders, a tiny caterpillar, beetles and we saw a beautiful robin bird. The children used lots of different vocabulary to talk about what they could see and hear!
