Our number and word of the week this week is..
This week in the Sunflower room we are still learning about colours. We are encouraging the children to look around the environment to spot the different colours around them. You can try this at home by encouraging children to look for different coloured cars when you are out and about or asking them “can you find me something green” etc. We would love to hear your experiences on finding colours please let us know which colours your child identifies😁👍
Tuesday 21st November😁
Today we went in the hall which is located in school, we challenged the children’s physical skills balancing and crawling on benches, running, jumping and moving in different ways pretending to be different animals. The children was really confident in walking and crawling along the benches and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially jumping off freely at the end👍

We have started to encourage the children to become more independent at meal times, they enjoy choosing their own cereal. They also show good can do attitudes when pouring their own drinks😁

Outdoor play😊
We are encouraging the children to play ball games outside, throwing, catching and kicking balls. We are focusing on taking turns and playing alongside others to build strong friendships. The children are really confident at playing balls games😊
