Hello and welcome back to our blog. This is week 2 of our Monster Maths theme and we have had access to many wonderful learning experiences this week.
We have had some amazing independent writing this week. We have been exploring different genres of writing and been thinking bout how they differ. Take a look at Noah's writing. He made a shopping trolley and then did a shopping list. Well done Noah!
We have also been exploring textures within our Monster Maths enhancement. We talked about how different materials felt and tried to think of as many describing words as we could. Here we are with our textured feely bags
We have also created MONSTER repeating patterns. We added over 50 cubes together to make a repeating pattern. Here are two examples
