Week ending Friday 13th May
Hello and welcome back to our class blog,
This week we have been reading The Smartest Giant in Town by our author Julia Donaldson.
We have loved exploring this text and thinking about how kind George the Giant is. We have even made our own kindness crowns just like his.
Last week we read the story Zog. We loved it so much and on Friday we found some Dragon eggs in our classroom. It was so exciting and we have been looking after them all week. On Thursday we recieved a letter from Zog asking us to take his eggs to the ALPS. He had left us clues and we had to follow them and then leave his eggs there to hatch.
It was so exciting - Then on Friday we had discovered that one of the eggs had hatched and we managed to get a video. We loved it. We are very sad that the dragons have had to go to their magical land and go to dragon school but we loved looking after the eggs.
