We have been learning all about Wellbeing and just how important it is to help your child to thrive and to build on their self confidence.
This week your child will be bringing home their own affirmation that they have chosen.
Positive affirmations are a powerful tool to help to reinforce positive beliefs for confidence, self-worth and self-love in your child. Please read this to your child often and encourage them to repeat words or phrase if they can. It’s always nice to hear positive things, this will reinforce to them just how special they are.

This week we have been learning a new breathing technique as part as our Wellbeing learning. We have been feather breathing, this is new to the children and they have been fantastic at giving it a go. Placing the feather on their hand, breathing in and then breathing out. They loved watching their feather float softly to the floor after they have blown it with their breath.
Have a try at home, it's very relaxing.
