We have had another fantastic week in 5W this week!

A big well done to our two elected School Counsellors: Matilda and Holly-Mae. So many children applied for the role and spoke confidently at the front of class, which took a lot of courage!

This week in English, we have been planning the build up to our very own portal story. I have loved reading all the children's ideas and different portals they have come up with.

In Maths, we have been looking at numbers to 1,000,000 and the value of each digit. 

We looked at the Great Barrier Reef in our Topic lesson: exploring the risks the reef faces and coral bleaching.
