Hello and welcome back to our class blog. What a busy week we have had in Reg 2! 

On Monday we read our first text of the week 'Neon Leon'. We have completed lots of lovely activities based on this story and the children have thoroughly enjoyed it. 

On Wednesday our focus word was 'smile'. Have a look at some of the children talking about what makes them smile and putting their ideas down on paper. 

We have completed some lovely artwork based on chameleons. This has brought us lots of lovely conversations about colour. Have a look below.

Another of our focus words was 'match'. We had lots of matching games out in provision this week, including one with Leon pictures!

Although the weather has been chilly this week, we have enjoyed lots of fun outside. 

In Maths this week, we have been thinking about comparing quantities and saying when we think a group shows 'more'.
