Welcome back to the class blog.

Year 1F have all settled in well and are starting to get used to their new routines.

The children have been enjoying getting to know the classroom and completing challenges within continuous provision.

In English, our focus text has been The Gruffalo. We have been thinking of nouns and adjectives to describe him. We were even lucky enough to read the new story 'Gruffalo's Granny'.

In Maths, we are focussing on our place value to 10. It was be great if you can practice counting forwards and backwards from different numbers to help your child in class.
