Welcome back!
Another busy week in Year 2!
This week the children have written a set of instructions on how to make the fruit smoothie they designed and made last week! The children included time connectives, imperative verbs and commas in a list.
The children have also been learning about 2D and 3D shapes. Some children have also been practising their counting back skills.
In Science we have finished our investigation on Plants. The children measured how much the plants had grown and observed the colours to see if the plants were healthy. Some of the seeds hadn't grown at all because they didn't have the right conditions.
This week the children also evaluated the smoothie they had designed and made. They said whether they liked the taste or not and what they would do differently next time.
