Hello and welcome back to another year 4 blog.
I say it every week, but this week has been super busy!
In maths, we have been looking at comparing and ordering decimals. In order to to this we look at each column to work it out. If the ones are the same, we look at the the tenths and if they are the same, we look at the hundrreths. We then moved on to rounding decimal...sounds tricky! Have a go at the link below, its a football game, which I think is great!

In writing, we have been starting to write our own work about the Pocket Money Maker Machine. This machine will do all your chores for you, so you don't need to! How great is that?! Looking forward to seeing the finished pieces next week.
In PSHE, the children have been looking at the importance of attendance in school and have been making posters to promote being in school and on time!
Spellings next week are words that have added the prefix - super or -anti
1) superman
2) supermarket
3) superstar
4) supernatural
5) antisocial
6) antifreeze
7) antibody
8) anticlockwise
Please remember that reading books are expected in school each day and to be brought in on a Friday to be changed for the week.
Have a fantastic weekend and I will see you all on Monday.
