Welcome back to the class blog.
This week we have started our place value unit recapping different ways to represent and partition numbers to 100. We will be moving on to working with numbers to 1000 soon! Don't forget, keep practicing your times tables at home as much as you can.
In Geography, we have been looking at how land is used in different ways. We compared Wigan (a town) and Manchester (a city) to see what the similarities and differences were in the way land is used.
In PSHE we have been talking about Democracy. This is one of the five British Values. Democracy is about the right to have an opinion/vote and making decisions together. We read the story 'If I were Prime Minister' and thought about all the things we would do in the world if we could make changes.
