Welcome back to the class blog.
In Maths this week we finished our unit learning about Time. Please keep practicing this at home as much as you can to keep it fresh in our minds! You could ask how many minutes to or past it is. For example, 10 minutes past 2.
In English, we have been recapping our learning about using inverted commas in our writing when a character is speaking. We will be using this in our independent piece of writing.
In History, we wrote a fact file all about Coccium. Coccium is the Roman name for Wigan. We used the information from our research last week to complete our work.
On Wednesday the children took part in Sports Day. They did a great job in all of their races!
