Welcome back to the class blog.
In Maths this week we have been representing and partitioning numbers up to 1000! We have been using base ten, drawings and part whole models to help us.
In Geography, we used maps of the local area to identify the human and physical features in Norley. We had to use the key to find out what the symbols on the map represented.
We have been designing our own greetings cards in DT ready to start making them next week. The design criteria for our cards includes having a lever and linkage mechanism so that there is a moving part on the card.
Everyone has loved our weekly music lessons with Ben on a Thursday. We are enjoying learning how to play Samba instruments and can't wait to put on a performance for everyone in December!
