Welcome back to the blog. Can you believe the children are embarking on their last ever half term at Westfield? SATS may be over but hard work is not. Right now Y6 are currently drafting a detailed pet care guide in writing whilst in maths, they have been collecting data and constructing a range of graphs with which to show the data. Check out some of the well constructed bar charts below.
In other areas, we have journeyed to Mesoamerica (historical name for what we would now call Central America) to meet the ancient Maya - a civilisation that lasted far longer than other ancient societies like the Romans, Greeks or Egyptians.
