Happy World Book Day! We are Colour Monsters
We have enjoyed reading the stories that was brought into nursery today and then the children enjoyed looking at the books their friends had brought in to share 📚
🎈 Happy Birthday 🎈 We celebrated a big birthday this week 🥳 thank you for sending in cake the children really enjoyed sharing this together 🎂
We helped Sheila make some Leek and Potato soup, the children used knives to chop up the vegetables 🥔 we then enjoyed tasting the soup for snack 😋 🥣
On Wednesday we went to the park, the children had lots of fun whilst also developing their physical skills
Exploring this weeks sensory trays, we washed the cars, explored pouring water through tunnels, gardening tray and many more
Fun outside this week - the children enjoyed exploring the mud kitchen, pouring water and cleaning windows. We was learning to use the wheelbarrow, showing the children they needed to lift and push.
Balloon painting 🎈 the children used large movements to print the paint - which supports their physical development
Painting blossom trees 🎨
Mark making - the children explored the marks they made, and tried to copy some of they images, up and down and round and round
