The CBeebies Parenting website is a great resource for early years practitioners, parents and caregivers and is full of FREE, fun, easy-to-do activities, expert led tips & advice and fascinating facts to help support children’s development in the home learning environment.
🌟Diary Dates - 🌟
🎄Thursday 11th December is Christmas jumper day - Children can come to nursery in their Christmas clothes on this day.
🎄We would like to invite you in for a festive stay and play session on Tuesday 9th and Thursday 11th December 2.15-3pm on the day your child attends nursery if your child attends both days you are welcome to attend both or just one, please let a member of staff know what you plan to do.
This is an opportunity for you to come and play with your child and talk to the staff about how your child has settled into nursery or any other questions you may have.
🎄Friday 19th December all children are invited to join us for a Christmas party 9.15-11.15 am we have an entertainer booked.
Nursery will close for Christmas after the party and reopen Tuesday 6th January
As it is children in need on Friday we have enjoyed doing some activities based around Pudsey bear. We made Pudsey bears with play dough, gave Pudsey some spots with paint and Pom poms and explored a Pudsey sensory tray.
We made some yummy Pudsey Bear biscuits, the children helped to count out the ingredients, mix, roll and cut. They then decorated them with yellow icing and sprinkles 😋
The rain didn’t stop us having lots of fun outside ☔️

This week in the hall the children enjoyed playing parachute games 🪂 it was lots of fun
