REMINDER- Nursery closes at the end on session for half term on Thursday 17th October and we will reopen week beginning 28th October
This week we have enjoyed exploring all things Halloween and the children all loved visiting our very own pumpkin patch, finding all the pumpkins and them we when on a spooky hunt to find pumpkins, spiders, bats, skeletons, cats and cauldron 🎃 🦇 🕷️

The children have really enjoyed exploring our Halloween themed sensory trays, we were developing our fine motor skills using the tweezers to get the bats into the cauldrons and picking up the glibly eyes. The children enjoyed filling the cauldrons with rice and we talked about full and empty 🦇 👀 🎃
We made pumpkin toast, the children practiced spreading butter on their toast and pouring their own drinks
Making Halloween pumpkins 🎃 the children chose what eyes, nose and mouth they wanted and stuck them on their pumpkins 🎃
The children really enjoyed looking at their family photos and telling us all about them, thank you so much for taking the time to send them in 💖
