Nursery will close after session today (Thursday 23/05/24) for half term and reopen on Monday 3rd June. We hope you all have a lovely half term, and look forward to hearing all about it when you return to nursery.
As we are coming into our final term in the butterfly room before the summer holidays and as most of our children are moving into pre-school, It would be the perfect time to begin potty training (If they are not already) we will fully support you and your child whilst at nursery. Below is a link for a video to support any questions you may have about beginning toilet training.
This week we have still been enjoying 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' we enjoyed eating all the fruits like the hungry caterpillar at snack time. Unfortunately our caterpillars are still in cocoons so we have not seen them turn into butterflies yet.
We made ice lollies, the children cut up the strawberries 🍓 and put them in the mould with juice. The children then enjoyed eating their ice lollies in the sunshine ☀️ on Tuesday and in the classroom on Thursday.
